We offer you a wide range of products from hose, tube and insulation technology. Furthermore, depending on your requirements, you can choose between hoses made of silicone, plastic or metal. Especially for food processing machines, we produce food-safe, odorless, tasteless and FDA-compliant hoses for filling lines and other equipment. In addition, we offer pipe constructions, as well as piping and metallic and textile insulation. Our products can be produced from a simple design to application-specific material compositions, which allows us to present you with a suitable solution for every situation.

Individual system solutions for the food and beverage industry

With extensive knowledge of food machinery, we design and manufacture specific products for food machinery developers as well as the food industry. For example, silicone hoses and metal hoses for filling machines or ... and special tanks made of stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminum.

Silicone hoses are mostly made of VMQ (silicone rubber) or EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber). They are extremely flexible and have high durability. They can be custom made to your specifications so that they can be installed accurately and precisely in your food processing machine upon receipt.

Due to their various properties, such as their resistance to acids, alkalis and chemicals or their taste and odor neutrality, NovaNox® rubber hoses can be used in a wide range of applications in machines and systems in the beverage and food industries. The smooth inner surfaces also provide increased performance, improved flow and enhanced safety. In addition, the food-grade silicone hoses can also be manufactured to be antistatic as required.

With these properties, our silicone hoses meet the specifications for food-grade silicone hoses marketed in the EU according to EU Regulation 10/2011. In addition, they meet the strict requirements of the USA legislation.

In order to offer our products at competitive prices, we have set ourselves the goal of continuous progress in product development as well as cost minimization. To make this possible for our customers in the food industry, we work together throughout the entire product life cycle. The cooperation begins with the planning and development phase and continues through design and prototype production. But NovaNox® also continues to support you after the final individual or series production. Thus we advise you with further concerns and supply you with construction and spare parts. These can be delivered flexibly, thanks to our 1200 sqm consignment warehouse, so that they can be installed in your food processing machines on schedule.
