If potential customers decide in favor of NovaNox® , we accompany them from the beginning, the product development, to the end, the series introduction. Together, we evaluate their installation situations and the subsequent conditions of use of the galvanized steel hoses. Customers gain quick insights through our comprehensive feasibility and cost analysis. In addition, we help to significantly shorten the introduction times of the individually manufactured products. Furthermore, it is our claim that the series production is started on schedule and in an optimal way. The aim of all the above is to provide our customers with the highest level of security already in the planning process and to save your project budget as much as possible.

Whether suction hoses, transport hoses or protective hoses - as a system supplier, we supply galvanized steel hoses complete and ready for installation as a system solution. We take over the following processes for our customers: Procurement, deadline monitoring, quality control and assembly of various accessories. With this process takeover we have the possibility to increase the fitting accuracy to a maximum. This accuracy of fit makes final assembly more convenient and reduces assembly times to a minimum. The direct procurement channels also optimize our customers' supply chain. The in-house and custom-made metal connections offer the optimum of a system solution. NovaNox® hoses made of galvanized steel should be used above all when extremely stable connection carriers are required for individual connection points. The metal connection or the special clamp ensures a stable connection, while the galvanized steel hose provides optimum sealing and the necessary flexibility.

NovaNox® galvanized steel coiled tubing is produced by helically coiling a cold-rolled and profiled metal strip. This coiling is carried out on a mandrel. Through this practice, the helical coils are slidably connected to each other, which allows the extremely high flexibility of the hoses.

As a Tier-1 supplier, we see it as our task to take over the complete process from demand planning to logistics handling. In order to achieve this goal, we are helped by our many years of warehouse and logistics expertise, with which we can also integrate the customer's complete warehouse and logistics process. Our 1,200 m² consignment warehouse provides elementary support in this regard. The consignment warehouse enables highly flexible and on-time call-offs of products. This ensures a secure component supply of NovaNox® galvanized steel hoses throughout the year. At the same time, this practice relieves the storage capacities of our customers.
