The oil first flows through a shut-off valve and then through a check valve before being brought to the required operating pressure. Depending on the size of the hydraulic system, coolers, sight glasses, electronic level sensors, safety valves, filters, or sensors for quality monitoring are employed.

Ensuring the cleanliness of your custom NovaNox® hydraulic container is our top priority. The containers are mechanically cleaned and treated with special adhesive cloths. After the leak test, the container is vacuumed, vibrated, and tapped again. Finally, it can be flushed if desired, although this is not recommended as flushing can force particles into crevices. Furthermore, NovaNox® can perform the following surface treatments: powder coating, pickling and passivation, priming, painting, salt spray testing, sandblasting, and other surface treatments upon customer consultation.

In addition to the standard variants of hydraulic tanks, we specialise in special lightweight tanks. Here, the tank is provided with a high-quality and very thin layer of steel sheet or aluminium. This significantly reduces weight, which is particularly important for vehicle technology and aerospace applications. These significant weight savings reduce fuel consumption, which simultaneously leads to savings in operating costs. Despite this special lightweight construction, NovaNox® hydraulic oil tanks do not lose stability. Our proprietary welding process planning is responsible for this.
