NovaNox® textile insulation is crafted using a high-performance fiberglass base, incorporating efficient insulation materials into our technical fabric. Our thermal insulations are composed of multiple layers: outer fabric, insulating material, inner fabric, and wire mesh. The outer fabric, positioned farthest from the heat source but closest to external influences, is designed to withstand dirt, coolants, oil, and snow. The next layer, the actual insulating material, consists of needled glass fiber mats. The more glass fiber mats used, the stronger the insulating effect.
