Manufacturing Processes
Manual Welding
As a specialist welding company, we possess trained personnel and extensive expertise in welding technology. In addition to automated welding processes, we also manufacture manually welded aluminium fuel tanks. Particularly for custom-made products, as well as small and medium-sized series, manual welding offers a cost-effective alternative with quick turnaround times. The manually welded aluminium fuel tanks are manufactured on modern welding tables. Dimensional accuracy is ensured by our in-house jig construction. Furthermore, repeatability can be consistently maintained, even with high tolerances.
Automated Welding
We carry out automated welding processes using state-of-the-art welding robots. The automated manufacturing process enables very fast and efficient production. These are ideal conditions when high demands for consistently uniform quality need to be produced cost-effectively. Automated welding also offers the highest possible method of welding with extremely high precision. This allows even very complex aluminium fuel tanks with stringent tolerance requirements to be realised.
Corrosion Protection and Finishing for Aluminium Fuel Tanks
Surface treatments are particularly important for longevity, safety, and aesthetics. A permanently corrosion-free, secure, and robust surface supports the longevity of aluminium fuel tanks. At the same time, the visual appeal of the aluminium fuel tanks is enhanced. With our in-house powder coating and painting facility, we can quickly achieve all RAL colours in high quality. For optimal corrosion protection, we offer heat-resistant coatings, powder coatings, as well as pickling and passivation.
