The Inner Fabric

The Outer Fabric

The outer fabric also consists of high-quality glass fabric and, depending on requirements, has a coating of PU, PTFE, or aluminium. The Internal Insulation

NovaNox® insulation cushions are individually fitted with fasteners for every installation situation. The various fastening techniques offer quick installation for each specific mounting environment. For maintenance or repairs, NovaNox® insulation cushions can be removed and re-installed at any time thanks to the intelligent fastening technology. Disassembly and assembly are extremely quick and, through reusability, ensure a long service life. Furthermore, heat losses are minimised. The choice of fasteners depends on the size and positioning of the insulation cushions.

Fastening with Stainless Steel Wire

The most classic and cost-effective fastening method is the use of stainless steel wire. This is wrapped around sewn-on hooks. Installation and removal require slightly more time due to the wrapping, but offer extremely high and variable tensile strength. Furthermore, this fastening method is characterised by the temperature and weather resistance of stainless steel.

Fastening with Tension Springs

Tension springs made of stainless steel are also a cost-effective fastening solution. In contrast to stainless steel wire, however, tension springs are significantly easier to handle during assembly and disassembly. The tensile force is adjusted to the sewn-on hooks and is therefore no longer variable in later use. Due to the material properties, the tension springs are also extremely temperature and weather resistant.

Similar to buckles and straps, the Velcro fastener variant is also particularly well suited for frequent maintenance and repairs. The Velcro fastener can be used at temperatures up to +240 °C. This fastening solution is also characterised by extremely simple handling and allows for seconds-fast disassembly and assembly. The flat fastener is also ideal when limited installation space is available.
