Inner fabric

The inner fabric of NovaNox® insulated bags is crafted from high-quality, tested glass fabric. To withstand high vibrations and mechanical loads, the inner fabric is reinforced with high-grade V4A wire, which protects it from direct friction and mechanical stress. This robust material combination ensures reliability during continuous operation and significantly extends the bag's service life. Depending on the specific requirements, the inner fabric can be coated with PU, PTFE, or aluminum, making it resistant to oils, chemicals, water, gases, and prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions.

 

Outer fabric

The outer fabric is also made from high-quality glass fabric, with coatings of PU, PTFE, or aluminum applied as needed. These coatings offer resistance to oils, chemicals, water, gases, and adverse weather, thereby protecting the internal insulation and fabric. Innovative Closure Technology for NovaNox® Insulated Bags

Stainless steel tension springs are another cost-effective fastening option. They offer easier handling during assembly and disassembly compared to stainless steel wire. Fastening with Buckles and Webbing
Stainless steel buckles and high-quality fabric webbing are ideal for frequent maintenance and repairs. Velcro Fastener
Similar to buckles and webbing, Velcro fasteners are perfect for frequent maintenance and repairs. They can withstand temperatures up to +240°C and are very user-friendly, enabling disassembly and assembly in seconds.
