NovaNox® the pipe manufacturer for OEM & Industry

Do you have a project and need piping with complex geometries or complete pipe racks? Then book your non-binding, free and personal consultation with our employees here now.

For more than 10 years, we have been supplying our customers from the aerospace and automotive industries, as well as the medical and precision engineering sectors, with high-quality system solutions from the field of piping technology. We have specialized in particular in piping systems and their diverse areas of application in industry. Your pipe manufacturer offers charge air pipes and exhaust pipes as well as cooling water pipes and hydraulic pipes. The different types of pipes can be realized as short pipes with diameters from 3mm to 120mm. In addition, they can be produced or bent in complex geometries, e.g. round, oval or polygonal. For this purpose, various bending methods are used, including mandrel bending and roll bending, which allows the pipes to be formed several times. With the help of CNC control, your pipe manufacturer is also able to produce ellipses, tail bends, stitch bends and 3D bent parts with changing radii and thus master any geometric challenge.

The charge air tubes connect the supercharger to the combustion chamber of your engine and ensure efficient combustion in which the air is compressed. Due to the efficient combustion, your machinery, equipment or vehicles have increased engine performance and significant savings in fuel consumption. NovaNox® cooling water pipes, on the other hand, are used for engine cooling. Internal combustion engines generate an enormous amount of heat that must be dissipated in order not to put a permanent strain on the system and thus reduce its longevity. For this purpose, the cooling water, a glycol-water mixture, absorbs the heat directly and "transports" it to the radiator. Hydraulic tubes are mostly used in hydraulic systems. They are used for power, energy and signal transmission in mechanical engineering, plant engineering and vehicle construction.

You need a pipeline with multiple bends or geometries? Then your pipe manufacturer, NovaNox®, is the right partner! Book your free and non-binding initial consultation with our experts here today.

Manufacturer of tubular structures

As your tube manufacturer, we produce tube constructions for various industrial applications. Pipe constructions are mostly load-bearing metal constructions, which is why high-quality workmanship is essential. The constructions are made with metal, stainless steel or aluminum tubes and are therefore also called tube racks. These tubular frames are used as engine guards, in vehicle chassis, as machine components or as base frames. Here, a particularly high degree of individuality and mechanical strength is required. As your tube manufacturer, we realize almost all possible geometries and thus offer you the necessary individuality to make optimum use of your installation space.

The tube constructions are bent into shape using various processes. On the one hand, mandrel bending, roll bending and a combined bending process are used for bending. In this process, the tubes can be formed several times without difficulty, which means that even complex geometries can be realized. In mandrel bending, the tube is pushed onto the so-called mandrel bar and clamped to the tool. The tool is then rotated so that the desired bending angle is achieved. The characteristic feature of roll bending is the rollers. These rollers, usually three or five, allow very tight bending radii to be achieved. On the other hand, with the help of CNC control, geometries such as ellipses, stab bends or even tail bends can be produced. CNC tube bending machines enable high quality standards and high repeatability. Thus, even complicated bends, pipe branches or pipe reductions can be realized.

In cooperation with our welding store we offer MIG, MAG and TIG welding. In MIG welding, metal inert gas welding, a non-active gas is used. Instead, argon gas is used as an auxiliary agent because it is cheaper. Metal active gas (MAG) welding, on the other hand, uses a combination of CO2 argon and CO2 gas. Due in part to these gases, the working speed is extremely high and there is little effect of heat on surrounding parts or materials. This makes it the most widely used welding process. Tungsten inert gas welding (TIG) is characterized by a non-melting electrode made of pure or alloyed tungsten. Here, the high quality of the weld seams is the decisive factor. Furthermore, brazing, waterproof welding and arc welding are possible if required.

Services

As your pipe manufacturer and system supplier, we take over a large part of the processes for you right from the start. At the start of the project, the concept is tested for structural strength, fatigue strength and material efficiency so that smooth use can be guaranteed. We then digitally illustrate the effects of force, temperature and electrical stress. To do this, we use linear and non-linear structural mechanics calculations. Other FEM calculations we perform for you include transient structural analyses, collision analyses, temperature field calculations or analyses of stability, deformations and stiffnesses.

During the design process we provide you with technical drawings in 2D and 3D. In addition, we can provide you with individual part drawings, assembly drawings, general drawings and assembly drawings, depending on your needs and application. By means of the technical drawings and documentation you can make technical adjustments or add special requests during the design creation. Our aim is to design a product that is as close to series production as possible, even in the prototype phase. To achieve this, we work intensively with you during the development, planning and design of the construction, the material and the manufacturing process. This ensures that your time schedule and cost budget are met. The results of FAI finally ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the production process. As a system supplier and tube manufacturer, we are happy to take over complete processes for you or integrate them into our existing processes. Our own consignment warehouse with an area of more than 1,200m² is particularly helpful in this respect. This allows you to call off your product solutions flexibly and on time, and your component supply is assured throughout the year.
