As THE system supplier, NovaNox® delivers custom-made and individual system solutions for your ship or boat. Especially for special ships, such as combat ships, landing ships or workshop ships, the system components must optimally correspond to the areas of application. Hydraulic components are manufactured specifically for ship and boat building. These hydraulic components include hydraulic hoses, hydraulic pipes with individual bends and hydraulic tanks made of steel, stainless steel or aluminum. These hydraulic components are individually adapted to your specific requirement profile. In particular, tight installation spaces are fully utilized. In addition to the hydraulic components, your system supplier NovaNox® supplies silicone hoses for the cooling circuit. The so-called continuous cooling system cools the engines with seawater. A silicone hose from NovaNox® is ideally suited for transporting this "cooling water", as it has excellent resistance to seawater. Due to the excellent corrosion protection, seawater with an increased salt content can also be used.
In addition, NovaNox® manufactures high-quality ship insulation. NovaNox® offers textile or metallic insulations. They protect surrounding components from increased radiated heat or the components to be insulated from external influences, such as water. Depending on the application, the material and fabric combinations of the ship insulations vary from insulations for thermal insulation of exhaust gas lines to insulations as contact protection on fast rotating parts of the drive train.
