Recently there was an exciting event inside and outside NovaNox®. Our Managing Director Deniz Demirci was invited by the Realschule Sidonienstraße to present our company to the pupils in a somewhat different business lesson and to answer the questions of the young people from the 8th grade.
Beforehand, however, the question arose as to how best to explain the complex areas in which NovaNox® operates to the young people. After a brief introduction, it was then the pupils' turn to ask their questions. The questions ranged from how to set up a company and what you personally need for it, or whether there have been difficult times, to the question of what NovaNox®'s marketing strategy is.
The feedback from the class was one that every teacher usually enjoys receiving: Students asked questions until 20 minutes after the end of the lesson. This level of engagement from the students made it easy for our Managing Director to talk in detail about our multifaceted day-to-day work and explain the advantages and disadvantages of setting up a company. Both our Managing Director and the pupils were very enthusiastic at the end of the lesson and our Managing Director succeeded in inspiring these young people and arousing their interest in our company.
In addition to places for student internships, we also offer voluntary internships for all young people to give them a closer insight into our company, because young, committed and creative people are always welcome at NovaNox®.
However, NovaNox® does not only offer internships. We also offer pupils the opportunity to complete their vocational training with us after leaving school. NovaNox® offers the following apprenticeships:
If we notice during the training that the trainees perform well and fit in well with our team, we are happy to take them on as a full member of our company after they have completed their training.
But we also have a lot to offer students. NovaNox® is an official practice partner of the state-recognized IU International University in Braunschweig and offers the opportunity for dual studies in a variety of courses. Since October 2022, we have been the proud practice partner of two IU students in the fields of marketing management and media design and have been working with the students as equals since day one and see them as full members of our team. Our students work closely with our experts, who are always on hand to support them and pass on useful knowledge for their studies.
