NovaNox® offers ready-to-install hydraulic tanks that fit perfectly on your individual system or as a stand-alone system. Our hydraulic systems enhance the transmission of power, energy and signals. These closed tanks are connected to the environment through bleed valves to allow for constant pressure equalization. Without these valves, over- or under-pressurization of the hydraulic tank could result in compromised pressure distribution throughout the system. The system contains a fluid, which is usually hydraulic oil. The hydraulic tanks are thus used to store and remove this hydraulic oil. Due to their specific material composition, hydraulic tanks are particularly tight and media-resistant. Even abrasive and aggressive media cannot harm the hydraulic tanks in direct contact in the long term. In addition, our modern manufacturing processes guarantee a long service life of your individual NovaNox® hydraulic tanks.

These tanks combine two chambers separated by the "Double Wall System" to separate different liquids and fuels. Combi tanks are ideal for the removal and storage of diesel and hydraulic oil in machinery, equipment and vehicles. Especially in confined spaces, these tank systems are extremely useful due to their compact design. NovaNox® produces customized combi tanks that fit perfectly into your system.
We also offer pipes, hoses, filler caps and filler necks as part of a complete and finished tank system.
NovaNox® offers AdBlue tanks specially designed for the storage and withdrawal of AdBlue. AdBlue (engl. "diesel exhaust fluid"), a mixture of distilled water and urea, is mainly used to reduce nitrogen.
In contrast to conventional stainless steel, NovaNox® AdBlue tanks are made of high-quality thin stainless steel sheet, which enables significant weight savings in automotive and aerospace applications. This can significantly reduce fuel consumption and the resulting costs. Despite the lower weight, the tanks are extremely robust and resistant to abrasive media. The geometry of the AdBlue tank is individually adapted to their requirements to ensure optimum system efficiency.
Due to the material, the tanks are also suitable for storing pasty and liquid raw materials as well as aggressive and abrasive acids. The NovaNox® AdBlue tanks are designed to maximize the process performance of your system in the long term.
Fuels such as gasoline, diesel or even gas are stored in fuel tanks. Due to their connection to the combustion chamber, they are an essential part of the fuel supply. Every day, tanks have to function reliably under extreme mechanical loads, temperature fluctuations and strong vibrations, and for this reason they have to meet a wide range of requirements.
Manufacturing
With our established expertise as a system supplier for tank technology, we develop and produce individual fuel tanks for manufacturers of machines, plants and vehicle technology. Any geometries, whether simple or complex, can be implemented. Thus we manufacture tanks for every installation situation. Even particularly tight installation spaces can be used efficiently.
NovaNox® fuel tanks, hydraulic tanks, combination tanks and AdBlue tanks are mostly made of tested stainless steel or aluminum. Whether manual or automated, the fuel tanks are characterized by absolute accuracy and highest quality from small to large series as well as individual manufacturing. The repeatability is permanently fulfilled even with high tolerances.
Surface treatments
In order to increase the longevity, appearance and safety of our aluminum, steel and stainless steel tanks, surface treatments are particularly important. Surface treatments provide visual enhancement and corrosion protection for your fuel tank. In addition, we offer heat-resistant painting, powder coating, pickling and passivation for optimal corrosion protection.
Prototypes and series production
No matter whether measuring indicators, sensors, fuel filters or tank caps as THE system supplier we deliver any tank ready for assembly as a system solution: The component procurement is taken over by us with full cost transparency, as well as the deadline monitoring, quality control and final assembly. In this way, a high level of fitting accuracy is guaranteed, which offers maximum convenience during final assembly and reduces assembly time. Furthermore, the direct procurement channels contribute to a complete supply chain.
Our aim is to achieve a result in the prototype phase that is as close as possible to the pilot series. In this way, we achieve optimal results and keep to your schedule and also your budget. For this reason, we work closely with you in the development, planning and design of the construction, the material and the manufacturing process.
For finalization, we evaluate the results of the FAI and go about fine-tuning for a highly efficient and profitable manufacturing process. We support you in significantly shortening the introduction times and successfully starting series production.
