We provide the technical drawings in 2D (in .dxf, .dwg and .pdf formats) and in 3D (in .step format). Depending on the design, these include individual part drawings, assembly drawings, overall drawings or assembly drawings, and you will also receive comprehensive technical documentation. This allows you to make any necessary adjustments or add special requests before production begins. This ensures that everything fits as soon as production starts.

Your bent parts are delivered from the consignment warehouse on schedule and flexibly on demand. Existing logistics processes are fully taken into account. In this way, we guarantee the secure supply of components for NovaNox® bent parts for the entire year.

Quality management

Type identification allows each steel sheet to be easily traced back to its origin. The entire process from production to the last use is logged in detail over the complete production cycle. With this unbroken chain of evidence, you are always on the safe side.

Depending on the stress of your steel sheet, different types of type markings can be considered:

  • Laser engraving
  • Welded metal signs with laser engraving
  • Self adhesive metal signs with laser engraving
  • Self-adhesive plastic labels with specific imprint and silicone coating for external protection

Your personal identification results from symbols, numbers or letters. This means you can always trace your steel sheet.
 

The leak test guarantees that your steel bends will remain leak-proof even in continuous use. For your additional security, you will receive the result of the leak test as a written declaration of conformity with every delivery. We carry out these leak tests for you:

  • Complete testing with air under water in an isolated test basin (for instance, compliant with ECE R34 or 70/21/EEC regulation)
  • pressure test
  • Leak test by means of red or fluorescent dyes
  • Ultrasonic testing

 

Quality assurance in production ensures the consistently high quality of your products. This requires precise logging of the production processes. Complete documentation also enables enormous cost savings - especially in large projects - because errors and quality deviations can be detected and avoided at an early stage.
