Manufacturing process

Manual welding
The trained staff of our experienced welding store is firm in welding technology. Thus, our employees manufacture stainless steel AdBlue tanks using the automated welding process as well as hand-welded tanks. For custom-made products as well as small and medium-sized series, the manual welding process has proven to be a cost-effective alternative with fast turnaround times. We manufacture the hand-welded stainless steel AdBlue tanks on modern welding tables. Since we build the fixtures ourselves, we can permanently guarantee the highest precision and repeatability even with high tolerances.

Automated welding
The automated welding process is performed by state-of-the-art welding robots. The digitized manufacturing process ensures very fast and efficient production. This provides ideal conditions when high demands are to be produced cost-effectively with consistent quality at all times. The automated welding process is the method of welding with the highest precision. This means that even very complex stainless steel AdBlue tanks with high tolerance requirements can be realized.

In addition, you will receive detailed technical documentation for your review. This allows you to make adjustments or add special features before production.
