Exhaust pipes bent
NovaNox® manufactures bent exhaust pipes using the bending process. The automated bending process enables efficient production of pipes with diameters from 3 mm up to 120 mm. Complex geometries with multiple bends are also possible. Thanks to the high degree of automation, fast throughput times can be implemented without any problems and the process is particularly suitable for medium and large series.
Manually and automatically welded exhaust pipes
NovaNox® has many years of know-how in welding technology. In addition to the automated welding process, we also manufacture manually welded exhaust pipes. Especially for custom-made products as well as for small and medium-sized series, the manual welding process offers a cost-effective alternative with fast turnaround times. The hand-welded exhaust pipes are manufactured on modern welding tables.
The automated welding process is performed by welding robots. The automated manufacturing process enables very fast and efficient production. Ideal conditions if high demands are to be produced cost-effectively with consistent quality at all times. NovaNox® offers a wide range of processes for pipe finishing. These processes allow quick and easy assembly for any installation situation. We offer beading according to DIN 71550 and DIN flanges. Expansions and reductions can be made to customer specifications.
In addition, we can provide pipe ends with threaded connections or slit them. Tapping screw connections as well as male and female couplings are also possible. This gives our customers the flexibility to meet their specific requirements.
