Answers before you ask.
Up to what temperature can your insulation solutions be used?
Depending on the material composition, up to 1,000°C continuously. For peak loads and thermally critical zones, we design with silicate fibre and stainless steel jacketing.
Can you meet both thermal and acoustic requirements?
Yes. We combine absorber and reflector layers in a single moulded part – for example, silicate fibre with an aramid top layer and stainless steel jacketing.
What is your minimum production quantity?
We start from a batch size of one – from prototypes to series production in the five- to six-digit range. We keep tooling costs low thanks to our flexible fabrication methods.
Are your materials bio-soluble?
As standard, we use bio-soluble silicate fibres in accordance with EU Directive 97/69/EC. We only use ceramic fibres at the express request of the customer.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes, we are certified according to ISO 9001:2015. Our testing and traceability processes are documented and PPAP-compliant.
