Why NovaNox®
Four reasons engineering teams turn to us.
Development from a sketch
We handle design, material selection and initial samples – even if all you have is a hand-drawn sketch.
In-house tooling
Moulds are made in-house. This shortens time to market and keeps modifications affordable.
Production-ready processes
ISO 9001-certified manufacturing, documented inspection stages and PPAP-ready initial sampling.
One dedicated contact
From your initial enquiry to series deliveries, you speak to one person who knows your project.

Materials
The right elastomer for your application.
Tell us the medium, temperature and pressure range – we recommend the optimum material combination and supply your chosen hardness and colour, with or without textile reinforcement.

| Material | Temperature | Typical application |
|---|---|---|
| Silicone (VMQ) | −60 to +220 °C | Charge air, engine compartments, food applications |
| EPDM | −40 to +150 °C | Coolant, glycol, brake fluid |
| NBR / HNBR | −30 to +120 °C | Fuel, oil, hydraulics |
| FKM (Viton®) | −20 to +230 °C | Aggressive media, high temperatures |
| Textile-covered | Depending on inner material | Additional abrasion and burst protection |

Frequently asked questions
Answers before you ask.
What is your minimum production quantity?
We start from a batch size of 1 – from prototypes to production runs in six-figure quantities. For small production runs, we use streamlined tooling to keep investment low.
How long does initial sampling take?
Once the design has been approved, the initial sample is usually available within 4–8 weeks – depending on the material, tooling complexity and required scope of testing.
Which materials do you process?
Silicone (VMQ), EPDM, NBR/HNBR, FKM (Viton®), CR and textile-reinforced variants. If required, we advise on material selection based on your requirements specification.
Can you supply ready-to-install assemblies?
Yes. We fit clamps, fittings, sensors and identification labels, and deliver the component directly to your production line – with a suitable packaging and logistics concept.
Are you ISO-certified?
Yes, we are certified to ISO 9001:2015. Our inspection and traceability processes are documented and PPAP-ready.
