For which emission standards do you manufacture?
We manufacture exhaust assemblies for current EU standards (Euro VI, Stage V) as well as US EPA Tier 4 Final. We develop assemblies for future standards together with your application team.
Up to what temperature can your assemblies be used?
Standard stainless steel grades cover up to 1,000°C. For motorsport and near-turbo applications, we use nickel-based alloys like Inconel®.
What tests do you perform during series production?
Standard procedures include leak, pressure and visual inspections. Upon request, we also conduct X-ray, dye penetrant and thermal cycle testing – all documented and traceable.
What is your minimum production quantity?
We start from a batch size of 1 – from prototype to series production in the five to six-figure range. We keep set-up times low thanks to flexible bending and welding fixtures.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes, we are certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and weld according to DIN EN ISO 3834. Our testing and traceability processes are documented and PPAP-capable.
