Which pipe diameters can you bend?
We perform CNC-controlled bending from Ø 6 mm to Ø 76 mm in stainless steel, aluminium and steel. For larger diameters, we check on a project-by-project basis with our partner network.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We start from batch size 1 – from prototypes to series production in the five to six-figure range. We keep setup times and tool costs low thanks to flexible bending machines.
Which welding processes do you use?
Our focus is on TIG welding according to DIN EN ISO 3834, supplemented by MAG and resistance welding. We provide welder qualifications and WPQR documentation on request.
Can you deliver ready-to-install assemblies?
Yes. We assemble flanges, fittings, brackets, seals and labels, and deliver the assembly directly to your production line – with a suitable packaging and logistics concept.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes, we are certified according to ISO 9001:2015. Our testing and traceability processes are documented and PPAP-compliant.
